Privacy Policy

Job Search Automation (“the app”) is a personal productivity tool to automate job searching and application tracking. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is used.

Data collected

• Google account information — name, email address, and profile picture, obtained via Google OAuth sign-in. Used only to identify your account within the app.
• Resume / profile documents — files you upload manually. Stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage under your account folder and used solely to power job-matching features.
• Job scan results and settings — scan history, job site configuration, and AI routing preferences you configure. Stored in Cloudflare R2 and used only to operate the app.

Data sharing

No data is sold or shared with third parties. Data is transmitted to third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) only when you configure and use those features, and only to generate job-matching results.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you use the app. You may request deletion by contacting the developer.
